Marlee-Jo Jacobson is second generation and has over 30 years in futures. She is founder of Sanctity Capital Management and SafeMoneyMetrics®, their philosophy and practical application.

MJ's fundamental education in hedging, capital management and active floor trading started at Jacobson Commodities Inc., a clearing member firm of the New York Mercantile Exchange. She was an active trading member of the New York Mercantile Exchange through 1980 and currently an inactive member. She spent over  a decade designing hedge strategies & managing discretionary accounts.

Ms. Jacobson was an account executive at Merrill Lynch specializing in clearing services for Commodity Trading Advisors, Pool Operators and Broker-Dealers building key accounts of over $5 million. Ms. Jacobson started Phoenix Futures Inc., a Futures Commission Merchant in 1984. Phoenix survived until 1992. MJ developed severe heath issues and took a five-year sabbatical from the industry. In the mid to late 1990's she wrote a Series 3 training manual for Securities Training Corporation. It was during this time that she found the idea of SafeMoneyMetrics^® . MJ has attended the New York Institute of Finance, New York University and the Institute of Neurolinguistic Programming.
